WE ALL START SOMEWHERE
If you believe in yourself and keep your vision tight, you can achieve anything you put your mind too. I am not perfect, and it has taken persistence and time to get to where I am today. I am appreciative of my success within the fitness industry because I can utilize it to motivate, inspire and educate women around the globe and path their journey of their best and improved versions of themselves.
EVERY BODY HAS A CHAPTER
THEY HAVE NOT READ OUT LOUD
From the age of 19 to 24 I suffered from an eating disorder: anorexia and bulimia. During this time my idea of being in shape was looking thin from running on the treadmill and restrictive eating because I was afraid to eat food.
My life turned around the day I decided to hire a trainer to help me with my nutrition and training. I learnt food was not the enemy and I would be able to build a lean, muscular, feminine physique with various exercise routines: resistance training and cardio. Fitness became so much more than just running on a treadmill and my entire mindset about what being in shape changed.
From there I decided to educate myself further in studies and complete my certificates in fitness. I started helping women in my community and my coaching grew to the point where I was able to turn my passion into a career. I left my corporate job and started my own business helping women not only in my community but also online around the world.
The challenge and adversities I have been through in the past had set me up to be a successful coach who empathises, educates and changes women’s lives today.
DON'T GO THROUGH LIFE
GROW THROUGH LIFE
Aside from helping others I have always kept improving myself. My first competition was in 2011 where I competed in my first women’s figure competition.
Following this show I decided to change categories and compete as a Fitness Model as I looked up to these physiques and won my first show in 2013 in Australia and went on to compete at my first international show later that year in Los Angeles with the WBFF and won my Pro Card.
I landed my first cover with Oxygen Magazine in 2014 and following this also graced the cover of both Iron Man Magazine and Women’s Health and Fitness Magazine.
I feel blessed and love contributing to many Australian and American magazines sharing my knowledge and inspiring women around the world.
GRATITUDE IS THE BEST ATTITUDE!
EVERY WOMAN DESERVES TO KNOW THE FEELING OF FIT + HEALTHY
I now help both competitors and lifestyle clients to achieve their goals. Not just body goals but to help women have more self-confidence, believe in themselves and guide them to achieve the results they want. With a healthy fit lifestyle comes more self-respect, self love and less stress in life.
No matter what your job, life situation or where you live you can achieve the body you want and change your life for the better. I proved this to myself and continue to show this to my clients all around the world.
You are not alone, be excited to embrace this journey of personal growth and success.
