Why Team Le Man?

As a WBFF Pro Fitness Model I know the level of support you need when prepping and I have the knowledge and experience to get you into your best condition ever for the stage.

When joining Team Le Man you get the complete coaching experience from custom programming to posing choreographing and stage presence coaching.

Team Le Man girls become strong, fierce and ambitious along their journey as I coach them into their best self, beyond what they can do on their own.

What's Included?

To start, I will email you few questions and request some current photos so I can learn more about you and physically asses you to highlight what we need to work on to get you to stage in your best condition. 

Nutrition and training programs are custom and designed to have you peak your body composition by show day.  Each week you will send me your progress photos along with your check in form so I can review your plans and make necessary changes if needed.

 

Get excited for the posing element of your prep, I love creating posing routines and I will teach you how to pose confidently on stage. Posing coaching is done through FaceTime and unlimited posing videos can be sent to me for feedback through out your prep. 

 

Presenting your body on stage to show case your best package is essential, I will help you with your bikini selection and together we will discuss your show day hair and make up look to complete your look.

Included in your competition prep package is your 8 week reverse coaching, inclusive of nutrition plans to build your calorie baseline, training programs to keep you focused and goal setting to help you transition into life after comp prep.
