Yes! The program has 6 sessions weekly but they are not all mandatory. You can choose any 3 sessions to do for the week and still see amazing results.

Yes! As long as you have dumbbells you will be able to do the program at home. There will be some exercises you will need to modify, e.g leg press into DB squats, if you're not sure how to modify just email me and I will help you.

Yes, there are nutrition aspects; there is a grocery list, guidelines for eating out socially, sample meal plan and I can also create your custom macros for you.
