All you need is a pair of dumbbells. If you have booty bands this would be an added bonues too. If you do not have dumbbells, not to worry! I filmed an equipment substution video to show you how to use things in your house in replacement of dumbbells.
Yes! The program has 6 sessions weekly but they are not all mandatory. You can choose any 3 sessions to do for the week and still see amazing results.
Yes! As long as you have dumbbells you will be able to do the program at home. There will be some exercises you will need to modify, e.g leg press into DB squats, if you're not sure how to modify just email me and I will help you.
Yes, there are nutrition aspects; there is a grocery list, guidelines for eating out socially, sample meal plan and I can also create your custom macros for you. If you want a custom meal plan, this is something that is that is a part of my online coaching which you can learn more about here.
Yes, that’s fine. You can start it next month or whenever you are ready. After purchasing the program you will instantly download it and save it to your mobile or laptop because the program is yours to keep forever.
I’ve got you covered, you can look up any exercise at any time in the Shape Yourself video exercise library which you will be given password access to. Here you can watch my form and tempo to see exactly how to perform the exercise.
