Designed to work alongside your custom macro targets, this program aligns training and nutrition for optimal fat loss, muscle gain, and overall performance.
Whether you’re continuing straight on from Shape Yourself 1-8 or ready to commit to a more challenging, structured training approach, this phase is designed to push you forward in all the right ways.
This is an 8 week gym based training program, broken into two progressive blocks.
Weeks 9-12 (Block 1): Establish volume, refine technique, and build strength capacity
Weeks 13-16 (Block 2): Increased intensity, advanced tempo work, triple contractions, and heavier loading
Each block builds on the previous one, gradually increasing training demands as your body adapts.
